Plain-language and accurate. This describes what the LeadVolt website actually does — no more, no less.
This notice describes the LeadVolt website only. It does not cover any tools, platforms, or services we may set up for you as a client — those would have their own terms and privacy practices, which we'd review with you separately.
The short version
The contact page embeds a qualifying form hosted by our forms provider. When you submit it, your contact details and qualification answers are received in LeadVolt's CRM for inquiry review and follow-up, subject to the consent you give in the form and any workflow we have configured. The form provider may process technical data and use bot-protection technologies as part of serving and protecting the form. Beyond that, this site itself only involves the technical data needed to serve a webpage.
The qualifying form
The form on the contact page is embedded from our forms provider and loads within this page. When you complete and submit it, your entries — contact details and your qualification answers — are sent to LeadVolt and received in our CRM so we can review your inquiry and follow up. How that information is then handled depends on the consent you select in the form and on the workflow we have configured at the time.
The forms provider may collect technical data (such as IP address and browser information) and may use bot-protection technologies to help prevent automated submissions. That processing is governed by the provider's own practices and terms.

Technical data and hosting
Like any website, this site is hosted and served by a third-party hosting provider. To deliver the page to your browser, that provider processes basic technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and request information — as a normal part of serving a webpage. That processing is governed by the hosting provider's own practices and terms.
What this site does and does not do
This site itself:
- Does not create accounts, require sign-in, or run its own database.
- Does not process payments or store payment information.
- Does not use advertising trackers — we have not added analytics to this site.
The embedded qualifying form:
- Does collect the contact details and qualification answers you submit, which are received in LeadVolt's CRM for inquiry review and follow-up.
- May process technical data and use bot-protection technologies through its hosting provider.
- May set cookies or similar technologies as part of how the form provider serves and protects the form — governed by the provider's own practices and terms.
What we don't claim
We're not making any certification, compliance, or retention-period claims here. We haven't obtained a specific privacy certification, and we haven't set published data-retention periods for the information you submit through the qualifying form or for the technical data involved in serving this site. If you become a client and we set up tools or platforms on your behalf, those will be governed by their own terms — which we'd review with you directly.
